Billionaire OnlyFans Owner Leonid Radvinsky Dies at 43 After Quietly Battling Cancer at His Florida Home

Billionaire OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky has passed away at the age of 43 following a "long battle with cancer," a company spokesperson has revealed.

Radvinsky, who was born in Ukraine and raised in Illinois, "passed away peacefully," the statement continued, before asking for privacy for his family.

"We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” the statement read. “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”

Despite being the owner of one of the most prominent adult entertainment websites in the world, Radvinsky maintained an incredibly low-key private life, residing largely at his sprawling Florida mansion with his wife, Katie Chudnovsky.

It's unclear exactly where Radvinsky passed away; however, he is understood to have been quietly undergoing treatment for cancer for some time before his death.

The entrepreneur shot to prominence in 2018 after he purchased Fenix International, the company that owns and operates OnlyFans—and he is credited with turning the website into a global success story that now boasts more than 300 million users and brings in over $1 billion in annual revenue, according to Reuters.

Around two years after purchasing Fenix International, Radvinsky and his wife—whom he wed in 2008—relocated from Chicago to Florida, where they bought an enormous property in Boca Raton for just under $4 million in 2020.

The nine-bedroom abode spread across close to 10,000 square feet and had previously been owned by former tennis pro Chris Evert.

Located on a 5-acre parcel, the dwelling was described in a previous listing as a "great opportunity to own your dream home," having been completely overhauled by Radvinsky and Chudnovsky during their ownership.

The couple shared very little about their private life; however, Chudnovsky once revealed in a 2021 interview that she was a mother to four children, according to a June 2025 Wall Street Journal profile on her husband.

Records show that Radvinsky and his wife sold their Boca Raton abode for $5.8 million in 2023, having initially listed it in August of that same year for just under $6 million.

At the time, the dwelling was in the process of undergoing significant construction, according to its listing, with the description noting that work was underway on three "existing structures," while plans for a new pool and guesthouse were also included in the sale.

The couple then moved into a sizable apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, which was purchased for just over $20 million in 2022.

Described as a "sky villa," the property is located on one of the uppermost floors of a glittering high-rise building that offers a wealth of jaw-dropping amenities.

Among the most unique features in the unit purchased by the OnlyFans owner and his wife are a "private hydrotherapy spa and a swimming pool," which overlooks the ocean.

The property spreads across more than 11,000 square feet spread over two levels and features five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, according to a previous listing.

It was last put on the market in May 2022 with an asking price of just under $24 million, according to records, which show that it closed for $23 million in November of that same year.

According to Forbes, Radvinsky had a net worth of $4.7 billion when he passed away, with reports suggesting that his succession plan is currently unclear.

Reuters reported in January that the businessman was "exploring the sale of a majority stake to investment firm Architect Capital in a deal valuing the company at about $5.5 billion, including debt," although it is not known whether any agreement was solidified.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a huge number of adult film industry workers turned to OnlyFans as a source of income when their sets were shut down, leading to a surge in new creators and new members.

Another major development to OnlyFans under Radvinsky's ownership was the influx of celebrity creators, including the likes of Denise Richards and her daughter, Sami Sheen, as well as Lily Allen, Amanda Bynes, and Bella Thorne.

However, Radvinsky continued to maintain a very under-the-radar profile, routinely declining interview requests and instead preferring to operate the platform from behind the scenes.

The Wall Street Journal noted in 2025 that he had "mastered the art of staying unseen," while he was often described as "reclusive" and "secretive" in headlines focused on his OnlyFans success.

However, he and his wife were also known for their philanthropic endeavors, with OnlyFans reporting that Radvinsky donated to several prominent causes over the years, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, open source initiatives, and the West Suburban Humane Society.
