EXCLUSIVE: Hulk Hogan’s Second Florida Home Hits the Market for $4.5 Million—Right Next Door to Late Wrestler’s $11 Million Mansion

by Charlie Lankston

Hulk Hogan's waterfront Florida "cottage" has been put on the market for $4.5 million, just two months after his primary residence—where he passed away in July 2025—was listed for just under $11 million.

The famed wrestler, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at the age of 71 at his sprawling Clearwater, FL, property, months after he had undergone multiple surgeries and procedures on his neck.

Hogan purchased the larger of the two homes that made up his Florida compound for $3.33 million in April 2012, before adding the smaller adjacent property for $1.6 million four years later.

His primary residence was put on the market at the end of January for $10.98 million, with listing agent Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty revealing at the time that the cottage was in the process of being prepared for sale, with plans to put it on the market at a later date.

While Hogan did own both homes, he never made any attempt to combine them into one giant structure, instead using the cottage as a guesthouse, with the listing noting that it could serve as "dream coastal retreat" for one lucky buyer.

In theory, should a buyer wish to create a much larger waterfront dwelling, they could scoop up both properties, which would given them a parcel totaling around 0.3 acres.

Much like Hogan's mansion—which occupies three stories—the cottage property backs right onto the beach, with a charming white picket fence added to separate the dwelling from the publicly accessible area.

A small hedge on one side of the cottage currently separates it from Hogan's mansion, while palm trees line the other exterior wall.

The cottage has also been equipped with many of its own impressive amenities, including a beautiful swimming pool with an elegant water feature and an adjoining spa, as well as a sizable outdoor seating area, ideal for lounging in the sun or enjoying meals under the stars.

The listing notes that virtual staging has been used in some of the photos to showcase exactly how the cottage could be decorated, however the property currently appears to have been emptied of all of Hogan's personal effects and furnishings.

Enormous windows help to fill the main living areas with sunlight, while providing a beautiful view of the beach and the surrounding area. The living room is also equipped with a fireplace to add an extra layer of comfort.

"This charming beachside cottage is located on the highly sought-after north end of Clearwater Beach, offering the ultimate Florida lifestyle with direct, private beach access just steps from you back door," the listing notes.

"As you enter, you're greeted by a bright, open floor plan with designer finishes and attention to detail including custom built-ins adding extra storage and stunning exposed wooden beams that add character and warmth."

Property records show that both homes, which Hogan purchased several years apart, are registered to an LLC linked to the wrestler and his ex-wife, Jennifer.

After Hogan's death, it was revealed that his son, Nick Hogan, had been named as the sole heir to his fortune—however, the wrestler's Clearwater compound was not included in the assets left to his younger child.

Hogan was living at the larger of his two Clearwater properties, with his third wife, Sky, when he died.

Around six weeks after his death, his son Nick, 35, filed documents asking to be named as the co-personal representative of his father's estate, alongside a man named Terry McCoy, as first reported by Us Weekly. The court signed off on his request.

In that filing, Nick claimed that his father had a sizable fortune when he died, including $200,000 worth of cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and his right to publicity, which is valued at $4 million.

This did not include the two Clearwater properties, which had an estimated total value of $11 million when Hogan died, according to Realtor.com.

Additionally, Nick mentioned a potential medical malpractice lawsuit that is believed to refer to a case that his father's third wife, Sky, was reportedly planning to launch against a surgeon who operated on the wrestler's neck in May 2025. As yet, no lawsuit has been filed.

Furthermore, the court filing noted that Hogan's will was originally executed in 2016, and several amendments were then made in 2017, 2021, 2022, and in July 2023, when he removed his daughter, Brooke, as a beneficiary.

Brooke and her father had been estranged for some time prior to his death—however, her husband, Steve Oleksy, told Us Weekly that she had done her utmost to "uphold her dad's best interests" during that time.

He added that the bulk of Hogan's fortune had come from a lawsuit filed against the news website Gawker, which leaked portions of a sex tape made by the wrestler in 2013. That tape featured comments made by Hogan about his daughter and a former boyfriend.

In 2016, Hogan was awarded $31 million in damages as a result of the leak, and Oleksy said that Brooke wanted to make no claim to any share of the money that had come from that settlement, even after her father's death.

"That money does not represent accomplishments in the ring—the majority of it came at the expense of my wife’s dignity," Oleksy told Us Weekly in July. "It was built on hurtful comments about her and her past relationship, which caused pain not only to her, but to many other families.

"While one life was positively changed forever from a financial standpoint, the true victims never received a direct apology—and, despite the life-altering embarrassment, they never received or asked for a single dollar in compensation."

He added: "No amount of money can erase that pain or restore what was taken."

Soon after her father's death, Brooke herself opened up about how their relationship had crumbled—explaining that their rift was not the result of a "big fight," but rather a cumulation of hurtful conversations and interactions over a span of several years.

"My father and I never ‘fought.’ It was a series of phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand," she wrote on Instagram, noting that she and her husband moved down to Florida so she could be closer to her father—only for the wrestler to begin cutting her out of his life.

"Everything started getting covered in a thick veil. It was like there was a force field around him that I couldn’t get through," she explained.

"During the last two years, I had to step away to protect my heart."
