HGTV Alums Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson Post Rare Glimpse of Daughters in Heartwarming Family Photos

HGTV alums Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson have shared several rare photos of their daughters in a slew of loved-up snaps—just one week after offering up marriage advice.

The couple, who confirmed in June that their show had been axed by the home renovation network amid a widespread programming purge, took to Instagram to reveal that they attended their best friend's wedding and they brought along their daughters: Harper, 7, Kendall, 14, and Simone, 23, who is Jackson’s child from a previous relationship.

In the photos, Sherrod, 49, and Kendall could be seen wearing matching dark green gowns, while Simone and Harper opted for light blue and light green dresses. Meanwhile, Jackson sported a dusty rose suit.

Sherrod showed off a series of photos of the family dressed in their finest: "My babies!! Harper is the flower girl and Kendall is a jr. bridesmaid," she wrote.

The former HGTV star went on to gush about the wedding, revealing that her best friend found the love of her life at age 50.

“Last night I had the opportunity to witness a ‘GOD will do it’ moment, as my best friend of 32 years married the man of her dreams. He was the man we spent years praying that our father was molding for her," Sherrod said in the caption of her post.

"At age 50, GOD did what he promised and gave her someone who would love her the way she needed and deserved to be loved ... he matches her energy, her passion, and most importantly ... he knows how blessed he is to have her," she added.

“Don’t settle folks, HE will [do] what he says he will do, on HIS time, and he will restore all the years that the locusts have eaten. GOD’s promise will heal all wounds, and rewind clocks."

Fans flocked to the comments section to gush over the stunning family, with several social media users branding them "beautiful."

Her post comes just one week after they offered up some thoughtful advice on how they keep the passion in their marriage alive—while enjoying a very quirky date night.

They took to Instagram to share a glimpse of their fun-filled evening at a roller rink, where they showed off their skills while gushing about their relationship.

Posting a video of themselves whizzing around on their skates, Sherrod admitted that the activity had taken some getting used to, revealing that it was the first time in two decades that she had been on skates.

“I have not roller skated in over 20 years," she shared. "I feel like I'm just learning how to drive. Here we go.”

“We got it,” Jackson added.

The video then showed the doting couple, who live in Georgia, skating around the rink and dancing before Jackson fell.

They then moved to the middle of the rink and held hands while dancing, before sharing a sweet kiss.

In the caption of the video, Sherrod opened up further about why they make dating such a big priority in their relationship, noting that they work hard each and every day to prove their commitment to each other.

"Date night! We don’t stay in step because life is smooth, we stay because God is faithful and our union is worth fighting for," she wrote. "Every glide is a choice, every turn back is a reminder that we can’t skate away when it’s hard. And when we stumble we don’t quit, we lean in, steady each other and continue.

"Love isn’t just felt, it’s fought for. And in Him, we always find our way back to each other. P.S. yes our ankles hurt the next day."

Their adorable date night comes just two months after they announced that they are expanding their real estate business to two new states following the cancellation of their HGTV series.
