Jennifer Lawrence’s Former Beverly Hills Mansion Lists for $11.5 Million—Just Months After She Quietly Sold It
The stunning Beverly Hills property that actress Jennifer Lawrence quietly sold in September 2025 has already reappeared on the market—for $500,000 more than it was last purchased for.
Located inside the exclusive "guard-gated enclave" of Hidden Valley Estates, the elegant five-bedroom, six-bathroom manse was purchased by the 35-year-old "Hunger Games" star for $8.23 million in 2014, with records suggesting that the starlet bought the dwelling to serve as a California base for her parents, Karen and Gary.
The family then offloaded the home in an off-market deal in the fall, selling the property for $11 million.
Records show that the property was bought via a limited liability company called Sassy Bowles LLC, which has previously been tied to model siblings Poppy and Cara Delevingne, according to Mansion Global. It's unclear if the sisters, who are from the U.K., were involved in the purchase of the home.
Because the home was not publicly listed before Lawrence sold it, it's unclear exactly what updates have been made to it since then; however, the description does describe the French traditional residence as "beautifully renovated." It notes that the design was masterminded by AD100 firm Clements Design.

The current listing images reveal a stunning interior that has been elegantly staged for sale, with neutral accents found throughout all of the rooms, providing a perfect blank canvas that a new buyer can put their own stamp on.
Spanning 5,500 square feet, the dwelling is located on a leafy street in the exclusive neighborhood, with tall trees providing ample privacy, which no doubt served as a significant draw for its A-list former owner.
No expense has been spared on the design of the home's interior, starting with the entryway, which features custom marble flooring and a sweeping staircase—one of two that lea up to the second story. Just off the foyer is a beautiful living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble fireplace, which adds an extra layer of comfort and sophistication to the space.
Meanwhile, the custom kitchen features "a La Cornue range, built-in Miele coffee system, and a Carrara marble island that opens to the formal dining area," according to the listing.
In addition to the dining space, there is also a breakfast nook that is surrounded by windows, which flood the space with light, while a door leads directly to the picturesque backyard, where another dining table can be found.
Should residents seek a more relaxed space in which to kick back—or entertain their guests—they can head to the family room, which featured "handcrafted" built-in shelves, ample space for a large couch, and a private bar with a beverage fridge and icemaker.
The main floor of the property is also home to one of its five bedrooms, as well as an en suite bathroom, while the upper level houses the other four, including the primary suite, which is described as "luxurious" and "oversized," featuring a private sitting area, a balcony, and a spa-caliber bathroom.
That balcony offers a beautiful view of the property's "park-like grounds," which boast a secluded swimming pool, complete with a grassy lounging area, as well as an outdoor fireplace, a fire pit, and a koi pond, as well as "multiple seating areas."
While the listing makes no mention of the property's famous former owners—which include Ellen DeGeneres and Jessica Simpson, in addition to Lawrence—it does feature a nod to the fact that the home has not been publicly listed in more than a decade.

"First time offered in over a decade, this is a rare opportunity combining exceptional design, tranquility, and one of the most sought-after addresses in the area," it concludes.
It is unclear whether Lawrence ever actually lived in the home—which is listed with Tatia Lee of The Beverly Hills Estates Inc.—having bought the property via a trust that was named for her father, suggesting that it may have primarily been used by her parents.
Lawrence, who shares two children with her husband, Cooke Maroney, has largely based herself out of New York City for the past few years, having bought and sold multiple dwellings in Manhattan since she tied the knot in 2019.
The couple initially kept their relationship under wraps but are understood to have begun dating in 2018—a year before they tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony in Rhode Island.
Rumors first surfaced that the couple were engaged in February 2019, when Lawrence was spotted wearing a large diamond ring on that finger; however, it wasn't until June of that year that the actress confirmed they were headed for the altar.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of her movie, "X-Men: Dark Phoenix," Lawrence said it was a "very, very easy decision" to say yes to Maroney's proposal.
"Well, he's just the best person I've ever met in my whole life," she gushed of her husband-to-be.
The happy couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in October 2019, with a source telling People magazine that the newlyweds partied until the early hours of the morning at the event—which was attended by a host of Hollywood A-listers, including Emma Stone, Amy Schumer, Adele, Kris Jenner, and Cameron Diaz.
"It was an all-night party. Jen and Cooke were the last people to leave at 5:30 a.m.," an insider claimed. "They waited until all the guests were gone so they could personally say goodbye. When they left, Jen looked happy, but also a bit tired. She also looked stunning in a jeweled dress."
