Caribe Royale Orlando Celebrates 30 Years With New Dining Experiences and Major Resort Updates

Caribe Royale Orlando is celebrating its 30th anniversary with new dining experiences and several major updates across the resort. The Orlando property officially turns 30 on October 15, 2026, with its “30 Years In. Just Getting Started.” celebration running through spring 2027. For food lovers, one of the biggest updates is the return of The Venetian Chop House in late September, following a redesign of the AAA Four Diamond Italian steakhouse.

The Venetian Chop House will reopen with a redesigned dining room, new dry-aging room, 1,400-bottle wine cabinet and refreshed culinary program. In early October, Caribe Royale will also introduce The Royale Rose, a limited-time anniversary cocktail benefiting one of the resort’s longtime community partners, along with a large anniversary cake and chocolate display created by the resort’s pastry team.

Throughout October, one guest each day will receive an anniversary surprise. Experiences may include a Venetian Chop House tasting, champagne and dessert, a Villa upgrade, private pool cabana, spa treatment, Stadium Club simulator experience or a future getaway. A limited 30-hour anniversary sale will also offer select suites at Caribe Royale’s original 1996 opening rate.

Guests turning 30 between October 1, 2026 and October 14, 2027 can join The 30 Club, which includes a personalized welcome amenity, celebratory dessert, anniversary cocktail, Stadium Club credit or simulator time, a commemorative keepsake and additional birthday surprises.

Beyond dining, newly redesigned two-bedroom Villas will begin opening in phases this October. A Villa-exclusive concierge service is planned for early 2027, while Tailgate, an expansion of Stadium Club®, is expected to open in late 2027.
