Kobé Japanese Steakhouse takes its popular Japanese hibachi beyond the restaurant with buffet-style catering for weddings, office lunches, birthday parties, graduations and other celebrations. Designed for groups of 10 to more than 200 people, the catering menu makes it easy to build a spread around familiar Kobé favorites.

The buffet can feature teriyaki chicken, hibachi sirloin steak, teppanyaki shrimp and tofu, paired with signature fried rice and Kobé noodles. Appetizers such as spring rolls, edamame and Krab Rangoon are also available, along with sushi platters for groups looking to add more variety to the table.

Build-your-own catering stations start at $175, allowing groups to customize their buffet with a selection of proteins and sides. Individual catering items are also available starting at $20, with a $100 minimum for catering orders.

Orders arrive ready for buffet service with plates, serving utensils and cutlery included. Setup is available upon request for non-residential orders. Hot food warmers are available for purchase.
