Palermo-born Chef Francesco Aiello trained at the prestigious Istituto Alberghiero before opening Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria in Maitland in 2012.

For the past 14 years, Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria has been serving authentic Italian cuisine, handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and Italian wines.

Inspired by his pastry-chef father, Chef Francesco leads the open kitchen, personally plating dishes and connecting with guests. His dedication has helped him build a loyal following – earning numerous accolades over the years.

Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria recently introduced Chef Francesco’s Exclusive Tableside Dining Experience, offered every Tuesday & Wednesday at 7pm. This new dining experience features a curated menu prepared and presented tableside by Chef Francesco, including the new Pinwheel Reggiano Flambéed Pappardella. The menu will change monthly to showcase new seasonal creations.
