Inside Look: New UCF Roth Tower and Bites for the 2026 UCF Knights Football Season

UCF’s new Roth Tower is now open at Acrisure Bounce House, part of a major expansion backed in part by a $90 million Orange County Tourist Development Tax commitment.

The four-level tower increases usable club space from 4,400 square feet to 15,650 square feet, adds 42% more club seats, 28 larger luxury suites, 34 outdoor Sky Suites and much more shade along the west side of the stadium. The design also leans into UCF’s Space University identity, with NASA-inspired details and bars named for Mercury, Gemini and Apollo. The Tower Club’s main third-floor bar is now called The Swift.

Food is a much bigger part of the experience now too. Levy handles UCF Athletics hospitality, with all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic drinks for Tower Club, loge and Sky Suite guests, premium bars, rotating chef-driven menus and customizable catering in the luxury suites including hand cut steaks and pasta.

One of the most fun new items is the Sword Pretzel, a giant Knight-themed pretzel available in premium areas, while upgraded food service and new cooking capabilities have been added throughout the stadium.

This season, UCF is also featuring their new hot dog menu – “Dogs of the Game.” Each home opponent gets its own themed hot dog, with this year’s lineup including the Daytona Dog (Bethune Cookman), Peach State Dog (Georgia State), Super Frog Dog (TCU), Cougar Dog (BYU), Lone Star (Baylor), Sun Devil Dog (Arizona State) and Iowa Garden Dog (Iowa State). They’re sold at stands 112, 115, 120, 132 and 135 and in premium areas.

UCF’s 2026 football schedule has 12 regular-season games, including seven home games at Acrisure Bounce House. UCF is currently 1-0 after beating Bethune-Cookman 73-6 in the opener.

For the 2026 football season, Brewlando is pouring at Acrisure Bounce House, including the Carl Black & Gold Cabana, where guests can choose a complimentary 12-ounce Brewlando draft beer at every home game while supplies last. Stadium options include Jernigan’s Hazy IPA, Brewlando’s bestseller named after early Orlando settler Aaron Jernigan, plus two new 2026 beers: Brew-CF Pilsner and Brew-CF Light Lager. Brewlando is the Official Craft Beer of UCF Athletics, founded by UCF alumna Shara Pathak. Brewlando says UCF’s move to the Big 12 helped create the opportunity for a locally rooted, alumni-founded beer brand to partner with the university.

2026 marks the 20th season of UCF’s on-campus stadium. This past week the UCF Knights opened the season on Sept. 3 with a 73-6 win over Bethune-Cookman, tying the program record for points and setting a new program record for largest margin of victory. New UCF quarterback Alonza Barnett III brings College Football Playoff experience to Orlando after leading James Madison to a Sun Belt championship in 2025, and was named 2025 Sun Belt Player of the Year.

Between the rebuilt Roth Tower, 360-degree concourse access, new lighting and the expanded food program, this is one of the biggest changes to the Bounce House experience since it opened.
