July 4th Fireworks at the Fountain Lake Eola: Know Before You Go
It's the biggest July 4th fireworks display in Orlando! The Fireworks at the Fountain takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Lake Eola Park, from 4 pm to 10 pm. This massive celebration has been taking place for 49 years! Here's what you need to know before heading out for this awesome 4th of July event in Orlando.
Fireworks at the Fountain Lake Eola Show Time
You can expect live entertainment, family-friendly fun, and food and beverages available for purchase from a variety of vendors. The fireworks display at Lake Eola takes place at 9:10 p.m., set to a live patriotic performance by the Orlando Concert Band.

Event attendees are encouraged to use alternative methods of transportation to visit Fireworks at the Fountain, including ride-share services, carpooling, buses, and bicycles.
July 4 Road Closure Information:
- Robinson Street from Rosalind Avenue to Summerlin Avenue (closed on July 4 from 7 a.m. to midnight)
- Eola Drive from Robinson Street to Washington Street (closed on July 3 from 6 a.m. to July 5 at 12 p.m)
- Rosalind Avenue from South Street to Robinson Street (closed on July 4 from 2 p.m. to midnight)
- Central Boulevard from Rosalind Avenue to Eola Drive (closed on July 4 from 2 p.m. to midnight)
Event Rules and Regulations
- You may not stake anything into the ground (umbrellas, tents, etc.)
- No outside alcohol (outside food and non-alcoholic beverages OK)
- No personal fireworks
- No unauthorized vending or soliciting

You may bring:
- Coolers (no outside alcohol permitted)
- Umbrellas (do not stake anything into the park grass)
- Chairs and picnic blankets/beach towels
- Leashed, well-behaved pets

4th of July Swan Boat Hours
This year, the Lake Eola swan boats will be closed on the 4th of July, and will reopen on Sunday, July 5th at 10 am.
Swan boats are available first-come, first-served, weather permitting. Boats can seat up to five people and have a weight limit of 1,400 pounds. Pets and service animals are welcome. Tickets are only available at Lake Eola and cost $15 for a 30-minute rental.
