Chef Crystal Clarke brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to Orlando as the chef and baker behind Crystal Bakes, LLC, offering boutique, zero-waste catering and private chef services.

Moving away from mass-produced food, Chef Crystal creates customized menus using premium, healthy ingredients sourced from local farms and sustainable sources. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated, with an approach that considers both the people at the table and the impact on the planet.

Her private event catering is equally personal. Chef Crystal works directly with clients to create menus around their guests and occasion, including in-home private chef experiences. She also hosts a limited-seating Supper Club, offering an intimate dining experience centered around her cooking.

Her commitment to food extends into the Orlando community through Soup-er Sunday, an initiative she started during the pandemic to provide hot meals to people facing food insecurity. What began by consistently serving about 100 people has grown to approximately 250 to 300 meals through First United Methodist Church of Orlando.

Crystal Bakes also offers online ordering for specialty cookies, holiday sides, jams and other selections, with pickup available from its downtown Orlando location.
