Pointe Orlando has been in the middle of a major makeover, shifting from a traditional shopping center into more of a dining, nightlife and entertainment district.

The first phase included roughly $41 million in redevelopment, adding The Link, a new 100-foot passageway through the center, upgraded valet areas, new landscaping, lighting, signage, gathering spaces and a much more polished courtyard feel.

Newer additions have included KAVAS Tacos + Tequila, Live! at the Pointe, Dick’s Last Resort, Activate Games, Sandbox VR and other entertainment-focused concepts. Another $38 million redevelopment is currently underway with completion targeted for 2026, with more new tenants and experiences continuing to arrive. Zukku-San Sushi is among the 2026 additions, and Museum of Ice Cream Orlando is also planned for Pointe Orlando.
