Yolanda Hadid Gets Engaged to Real Estate Mogul Randy Kendrick—2 Months After Relisting Farm Where She Met Ex-Fiance Joey Jingoli

by Kelsi Karruli

Former reality TV star Yolanda Hadid is reportedly engaged to real estate developer Randall "Randy" Kendrick—just over a year after calling it quits with her ex-fiance, Joseph Jingoli.

Sources told TMZ that Kendrick, who was born in Las Vegas and now appears to be based in Texas, popped the question to the 62-year-old mother of three earlier this week, having kept their blossoming romance largely out of the spotlight.

It is unclear where the proposal took place; Hadid, who is the mother of supermodels Gigi Hadid, 31, and Bella Hadid, 29, owns properties in Texas and Pennsylvania, and is understood to be splitting her time between the two states.

The former model laid down roots in the Lone Star State during her relationship with Jingoli, whom she split from in January 2025 after six years of dating.

Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national logistics real estate platform that he has headed up since 1996, according to the company's website.

He also serves as the CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture LLC, which is in the midst of a vast development on a 33,000-acre spread "in the heart of the Texas triangle" that will be transformed into a master planned community.

Described as the "resurrecting of an industrial ghost town," the venture will see the Texas property built up with "advanced manufacturing, commercial, retail, leisure, and residential villages that allow innovation and creativity to thrive," the project description states.

Kendrick, who attended the University of Southern California, is currently based in Dallas and revealed to local outlet D Magazine in August 2025 that his favorite hobbies when he isn't hard at work include "cooking for my family and playing guitar."

He added that he also loves collecting vintage guitars and visiting Montana, which he described as the "most beautiful state in the country."

As for his personal business strategy, Kendrick noted that he has always aimed to establish himself as a strong leader who has no fear, remarking: "If you are willing to lead, people smarter than you will fall in behind. You can’t be afraid to lead."

Thus far, Hadid and Kendrick's relationship has remained very much out of the public eye—and little was known about the romance until reports surfaced about their engagement.

It's not yet known when the duo is planning to tie the knot, and neither of them publicly addressed the news of their engagement.

However, it does come at a time of personal transformation for Hadid, who is in the process of trying to sell her longtime Pennsylvania farm, where she met her former fiance, Jingoli.

In 2018, Hadid explained to People magazine that the construction company CEO had turned up on her doorstep one day not long after she began wishing for her dream man to enter her life.

"I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm," she recalled.

The Bucks County property holds many memories for the former model, who purchased the sprawling dwelling for $3.99 million in 2017, soon after she split from her second husband, music mogul David Foster.

When she initially put the farm on the market for $10.88 million at the end of September 2025, Hadid explained in a statement that the property had played an essential role in her "healing" after her split from Foster and her Lyme disease diagnosis.

"Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life," she explained. "I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.

"When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love … there were no gates at that time so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings."

Before moving to Pennsylvania, Hadid had been residing in California with Foster, having also shared a property in Los Angeles with her first husband, Mohamed Hadid, with whom she shares her three kids, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar, 27.

Hadid's farm property was recently returned to the market, after it "fell out of escrow," enabling the family to spend a few more months making memories at their home.

When it returned to the market in April, Hadid took to Instagram to share the news of the relisting, while revealing how the failed sale of the Bucks County dwelling was actually something of a gift, enabling her to spend more time soaking up the natural beauty of the property, while adding a very special feature for its future owner.

"I’ve always been the hardest worker in the room but this land has taught me how to slow down, heal from chronic Lyme and truly appreciate all Mother Nature has to offer," she wrote, while sharing a series of images and videos of herself in and around the home.

"When the farm fell out of escrow last year I chose to see it as a gift ... more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning. To keep the magic alive, I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward."

She concluded her post: "Today after a long winter I open the doors again ... with gratitude in my heart for all it has given me and my family. I trust in perfect timing. This kind of magic, you don’t own, you simply get to be a part of its story. ..."

As it turns out, the dwelling—which is listed with Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate—would also become a "safe haven" for her children, as they grappled with the increasing public scrutiny prompted by their dizzying rise to global superstardom.

She recalled Gigi, who now owns her own home not far from the family farm, and Bella being able to escape to the property, where they could indulge their love of horseback riding away from the cameras—without ever traveling too far from New York City, where much of their work was based.

"Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers," she shared.

The property became what Yolanda described as a "safe haven" for herself and her children, all of whom were raised in Los Angeles.

"It truly is a slice of heaven, a sanctuary, and our safe haven," the mother of three shared.
